Whether it’s rehabbing an injury, building muscular strength, getting abs or trying to ‘tone’ our body – it does not happen overnight. People get disheartened or disappointed after a week of strength training and yet they see no results. Our body requires time to transform into what we want and what we want requires determination and consistency.
REMEMBER, hard work pays off and sometimes in order to achieve our main goal, we need to set a number of smaller goals to get there.
