Shipping in Canada:

Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days after the order is placed.

Free standard shipping Canada wide on purchases over $70. Can't combine with other automatic discounts or seasonal sales where promotions apply to entire health essential products.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Physiocares assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. 

If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email physiocares.ca@gmail.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet. 

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund any physical products due to hygiene reasons. All purchases are final and unable to be swapped.

At this time we only ship within Canada, USA and Australia.
