Resistance Band Guide: Which One is Right for You?

Physiocares resistance bands have been carefully designed by physiotherapists for you. We wanted to provide a product that engages your lower limb muscles, specifically your glutes, like never before.

 

Each band has an anti-slip rubber on the inside so it doesn't cause it to roll up. In addition, the material of the bands make it super comfortable to use, so it doesn’t pull your skin when you’re working out in shorts. A match made in heaven. 


In addition, each band has X amount of resistance, ranging from light to heavy. This allows you to select a resistance band that fits within your fitness level.

 


Physiocares band guide:

    Pink (Beginner)
    This is a band with light resistance (15-25 lbs)

          Teal (Intermediate)
          This is a band with medium resistance (25-35 lbs)

                                                                         

          Grey (Advanced)
          This is a band with hard resistance (35-40 lbs)



          Marble band (Expert)
          This is a band with heavy resistance (40-50 lbs)
